Speaking out either in written format, on a podcast, or at a rally are important ways that we can use our voices to make change happen in the world around us, but how can we ensure that we are advocating for our rights in ways that are not harmful to others?

In this 2 hour workshop we will discuss how each of us can check our poetic privilege when we are writing poetry, songs, stories, articles, or speeches.
